If OpenPlate is still new where you live, you can be one of the people who starts it there. Add the first experiences, help light up your local map, and give the next person something useful to find. A handful of contributions from one person can quickly turn into useful coverage for an entire community.

OpenPlate’s gluten-free dining guidance is not paywalled, and it never will be.

OpenPlate is already available publicly on iPhone. Android is still being tested with the gluten-free community so we can improve the experience before opening it more widely.

Testing with real people, in real places, helps us see what works, spot what doesn’t, and decide what should come next.

It also gives our Android testers the chance to start OpenPlate in their own area. A few people adding their local knowledge can quickly turn an empty map into something useful for everyone who follows.

Once we’re confident the Android experience is ready for a much bigger audience, we’ll open the doors more widely.

For now, Android testers aren’t just testing OpenPlate. They’re helping build it.
